Novus Sleep currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping charges

Free ground shipping is available on eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you place your order. Free shipping does not apply to return shipping; see our Refund Policy for return costs and conditions.

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier, typically arriving within 5–14 business days.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
